Bingo clubs around the country are buzzing with the launch of 'National Cash', the new game from the National Bingo Game Association. Bingo club goers will be able to play for a £5000 Jackpot every day, twice a day, for a £1 stake.

The Jackpot can be won by players calling up in 45 numbers or less. In addition, even if no one manages to cross off all their numbers within the first 45 drawn, the game will continue until one lucky player in every club that is linked up to National Cash calls Full House to claim the House Cash Prize.

National Cash will be the first wide area mechanised cash bingo game played in the UK. Prior to the installation of this new technology, the amount of clubs that could link up in this way was below 30. Now however, there are up to 250 clubs looking to take part.

National Cash ticks all the boxes for bingo players - it's quick, exciting and every club is guaranteed a winner each time the game is played, plus there is the opportunity to win a £5000 Jackpot!

In the UK 10% of women play Bingo and 5% of men

Bingo for Breakthrough is taking place 18-25 October 2009 and The Bingo Association is proudly supporting Bingo for Breakthrough once again.

October is not far away and it is never too early to start planning your fantastic fundraising events for this great cause. Since Bingo for Breakthrough started in 2003 together we have raised an incredible £3.1 million towards Breakthrough's life saving breast cancer research which is a truly incredible achievement.

Breast cancer affects 1 in 9 women in the UK. With 70% of Bingo staff and customers being women, we know breast cancer is an issue that is close to their hearts. The money you raise this year will continue to make a huge difference to the lives of women across the UK.

By supporting Bingo for Breakthrough there are also some great advantages for your bingo club. It is a great opportunity to increase your club profile, drive footfall into your bingo club, generate media interest in your club and build customer loyalty.
